Purchase Orders and Schedules
Suppliers see their approved purchase orders with every line, price, tax and term, and the delivery schedule of each line, showing what is due, what is overdue and what is still to be dispatched.
MII Applications on Oracle Technology
Give every supplier a secure self-service window into your purchasing. They see their purchase orders and delivery schedules, answer RFQs, send advance shipping notices, and track GRNs, invoices and payments, without a single phone call to your buyers or accounts team.
Buyers, stores and accounts teams spend hours every week answering the same supplier questions: Is my PO approved? When is the next delivery due? Has my material been received? When will I be paid? MII Supplier Portal answers them all, live from MII ERP+, and lets suppliers do their part of the work themselves.
It is built on Oracle Technology products on the same Oracle database as MII ERP+, so suppliers always see the current position, never a copy.
Suppliers see their approved purchase orders with every line, price, tax and term, and the delivery schedule of each line, showing what is due, what is overdue and what is still to be dispatched.

Suppliers answer your requests for quotation online: prices, tax categories, validity and remarks, with taxes calculated the way the ERP calculates them. Submitted quotations go straight into the ERP for comparison, and suppliers can revise them while the RFQ is open. Quotations can be printed.

Before dispatch, the supplier raises an ASN against the PO schedule: invoice or challan number, transporter, vehicle, LR and e-way bill details, and quantities. The portal never lets them ship more than is open plus the agreed tolerance. A delivery challan can be printed from the ASN.

Each ASN is matched to the gate entry and GRN at your plant using the supplier's invoice number, so no change is needed in your receiving process. Suppliers see the ASN go from in transit to received, GRN done or rejected, line by line.

Suppliers see every invoice booked against them: amount payable after deductions, paid, outstanding, due date and payment status, with each payment's date, method and cheque or UTR number.

Open POs, schedules due in the next seven days, overdue schedules, ASNs awaiting GRN, and outstanding and overdue payables, on the supplier's home page.
Suppliers sign in with their MII user, and every screen shows only that supplier's own data. Your purchasing team can open the portal from the MII Navigator without signing in again.
MII Supplier Portal is built on Oracle Technology products and the Oracle database. It runs in any browser, on your premises or in the cloud, and reads POs, receipts, invoices and payments directly from MII ERP+.
